Proton's preheater is a device that performs preheating before the cable extrusion process! 【Features】 - It is a preheater for aluminum wire that accommodates wire diameters from φ0.6mm (cross-sectional area 0.28mm²) to φ2.0mm (cross-sectional area 3.14mm²). - It was the first aluminum preheater developed and sold in the world 10 years ago, contributing to the electrification of aluminum. - In conventional preheaters, contact with copper alloy pulleys caused corrosion in aluminum wires, making them unusable. To solve this issue, we use ceramic pulleys to create a closed circuit by making contact between wires, allowing for preheating. - It follows the line speed, maintaining a constant preheating temperature.
